We met baby Grayson for his newborn photos at our Sandy Springs studios. Welcome to the world Grayson, it might be some baffling times right now, but soon it will be a great place for you to conquer! Grayson was born in May and Wendy contacted our photography studio, located in Sandy Springs. I had started photographing newborns again and was able to do his newborn photos at 5 weeks of age.
Wendy is from Atlanta but loves to travel and has lived abroad. Soon after meeting her husband, she was ready to move back home. Baby Grayson arrived shortly after to complete the family. We discussed colors to use on the newborn photos and decided on creams, neutrals, tans and browns.

When babies are awake, I always love to obtain a “headshot”, parents always love the awake photos. And I love getting them to look straight to the camera.
And those precious little toes, don’t you just love them? I love getting detail shots when photographing newborns. Sometimes those are some of the parent’s favorites.
Mom really wanted a picture of baby in the bucket, and although took me three tries, I was so happy to get it! I always love to try to get the image the parents envision. Sometimes baby lets me, and sometimes they dont!
I love using teddy bears on the photos, I have a large collection, and love how tender it makes the image look.
