Photographing twins? Yes, please! I was beyond thrilled when Jennifer shared the exciting news that their family was growing again. What started as the announcement of baby #2 turned into the joyous surprise of welcoming babies #2 and #3—a beautiful boy and girl, Rhett and Abigail. Capturing these sweet moments in their Atlanta twin newborn photography session was a true honor.
A Journey Documented
I have had the privilege of documenting Jennifer’s growing family from the very beginning. It started with her maternity photos, capturing the anticipation of welcoming their first baby. Then came newborn photos of their first little one, followed by cherished family pictures as they grew. Now, seeing their family expand with the arrival of Rhett and Abigail has been such a special experience.
Twin Newborn Photoshoot in Sandy Springs
Rhett and Abigail came to my cozy studio in Sandy Springs for their newborn photos at just 16 days old. It’s a magical time to capture the unique bond that twins share. These two were absolute dream models. They slept soundly and snuggled perfectly together, showing off the connection that only twins can have.
Mom loves neutral colors, so we incorporated soft grays and beiges into the session to create a timeless look. To celebrate their springtime arrival, I added a pop of color with subtle floral accents. The combination perfectly highlighted the season and brought an extra touch of warmth to their photos.
Rhett was quite alert during much of the session, his big, curious eyes fixed on me, while Abigail peacefully snoozed through it all. Their contrasting energies made for some truly heartwarming moments, capturing their unique personalities and the undeniable bond they share.

Rhett was awake for a good part of the photos and he just kept his eyes on me, while sister slept soundly!
Meet big sister Evelyn. I have photographed her multiple times: including maternity pictures, newborn, and family pictures. Needless to say, I was excited to see her again. She is such a proud, beautiful big sister!
And, of course, we did family pictures. With twins, I also made sure I capture each baby alone with each parent.
Mom requested a digital background of babies on the moon- and we were over the moon about it!
