Here’s the deal—stool softeners are your best friend right now. They make everything easier. Drink a ton of water, maybe even some prune juice, and make sure you’re eating fiber to stay regular.

2. Night Sweats—Yes, They Happen (And Yes, They’re Annoying)

In the meantime, use gentle hair care products and try not to stress. Your hair will be back to normal before you know it.


7. It’s Okay to Ask for Help (Really, It Is)

Listen—it’s totally okay to feel overwhelmed after having a baby. You just brought a tiny human into the world! It’s a huge job, and it’s okay to need help.

So, if you’re feeling like you can’t do it all, ask for help. Your friends, family, and doctors are all there for you. Whether it’s for advice, help with a fussy baby, or just someone to watch the baby while you take a break, don’t hesitate. Asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. You deserve a little time for yourself, too.
